After last year’s highly successful sold-out event, TEDxHiltonHeadWomen will be holding its second event on Saturday December 7 – and has just announced its exciting line-up of prestigious speakers and TEDxTalks.  This year’s speaker roster brings together a unique mix of nationally-known names and up-and-coming minds who exemplify this year’s theme of “Bold + Brilliant – Without Apology” —  providing a powerful day of insightful, inspiring presentations and an opportunity to engage with “bold and brilliant” thought leaders from across the country.

TEDxHiltonHeadWomen will take place on December 7^th from 8:30 a.m. – 2 p.m. at the Harbour Town Clubhouse at the Sea Pines Resort, located at 7 Lighthouse Lane on Hilton Head Island.  Tickets for the event, which include a light breakfast, full brunch and attendance at all 16 TEDxHiltonHeadWomen presentations, are $72 and can be purchased at www.tedxhhiwomen.eventbrite.com.

Leading this year’s TEDxHiltonHeadWomen’s list of dynamic presenters is Fran Capo – six-time Guinness Book World Record holder, known worldwide as the “World’s Fastest Talking Woman” at 603.32 Words Per Minute.  Fran is a comedienne, actress, 21- time author, adventurer who has dove with sharks, driven race cars, eaten fire, scaled a castle wall, did a book signing at the top of Kilimanjaro and down by the wreck site of the Titanic. She has appeared on over 450 TV shows and 4500 radio shows, including Entertainment Tonight, Dr. Oz, Good Morning America” and Nickelodeon.  She is currently the radio host on “Fran’s World” on WestchesterTalkRadio.com, the adventure correspondent on the hit show “Live it Up with Donna Drake!” on CBS-TV and on the cover of Influential People Magazine. Fran will be presenting “How to Have a World Record Mindset to Accomplish Anything You Want in Life” – sharing what she has learned by breaking world records, and offering a TEDx talk unlike anything ever presented on the TEDxHiltonHead stage.  In addition to Fran, other confirmed speakers to-date and their presentations are:
